  • Inadequate sleep
  • Lack of exercise

  • Not dressing warmly enough in cold weather (both inside and out)
  • Smoking
  • Inadequate rest and relaxation
  • Inadequate holiday time
  • Excess work
  • Too much overtime
  • Mental fatigue from worry, frustration, or anger
  • Poor posture
